1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to 12hba. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") and 12hba ("12hba", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 12hba website located at 12hba.io and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering for a 12hba account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, playing games, or using any service offered by 12hba, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.

12hba reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to create a 12hba account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older, and that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. 12hba reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds held in your account.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in your jurisdiction of residence. 12hba is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. If online betting or gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform. 12hba does not accept players from jurisdictions where online betting or casino gaming is illegal, and we reserve the right to close accounts and void bets placed from restricted territories.

2.3 Account Creation and Security

To use the Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number or email address, and other details as requested during the registration process. You may create only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you are solely responsible for all transactions and bets placed using your account credentials. You must notify 12hba immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2.4 Identity Verification

12hba reserves the right to request identity verification documents from you at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documents promptly upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of deposits, bets, and withdrawals, and potential closure of your account with forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your 12hba account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, though this may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within seconds to a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.

12hba does not charge fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, and you are responsible for any such fees. You must deposit funds from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your 12hba account balance at any time, subject to the terms of any active bonuses and wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative method at 12hba's discretion. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and any necessary security checks.

12hba reserves the right to request identity verification and additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. You are responsible for any withdrawal fees charged by third-party payment providers.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the 12hba Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If you deposit funds in a currency other than Bangladeshi Taka, the amount will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any currency conversion fees will be your responsibility.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Prevention

12hba operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention policy. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity. If we detect any behaviour that suggests money laundering, fraud, collusion, or other illegal activity, we reserve the right to freeze your account, confiscate funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by 12hba or law enforcement agencies.

4. Betting Rules and Game Play

4.1 Placing Bets

You may place bets on sports events and play casino games offered on the Platform using funds in your account balance. All bets are final once confirmed, and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed unless otherwise stated in specific game or betting rules. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation.

12hba reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, and to void bets that violate these Terms or are placed as a result of technical errors, obvious pricing errors, or fraudulent activity. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or game outcome, 12hba's decision is final.

4.2 Odds and Results

All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change without notice until the bet is confirmed. Betting odds are determined by 12hba based on market conditions and may differ from odds offered by other operators. In the event of an obvious error in displayed odds (for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical malfunction), 12hba reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

Sports betting results are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are final. If a technical malfunction occurs during game play, 12hba reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund stakes.

4.3 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or scripts
• Arbitrage betting or exploitation of system errors
• Betting on events in which you have inside information or direct involvement
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent or abusive betting behaviour

5. Bonuses and Promotions

12hba may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum bet sizes. These terms will be clearly stated in the promotion details and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and cannot be withdrawn until all stated wagering requirements have been met. 12hba reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion.

Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. 12hba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

12hba is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, or if you wish to self-exclude from the Platform, please contact our support team immediately. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours, and your account will be closed for the period you specify (minimum 6 months). During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or create new accounts.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

12hba reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law or regulation. Grounds for account closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple accounts
• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Engaging in prohibited betting practices
• Abusing bonuses or promotions
• Failing to provide requested verification documents
• Being abusive or threatening towards 12hba staff or other players

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and all pending bets and bonuses will be voided. If your account is closed at your own request or for reasons not related to a breach of these Terms, we will process the withdrawal of your remaining balance in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 12hba Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks, is the property of 12hba or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from 12hba. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 12hba and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12hba is not responsible for any technical failures, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, server outages, software malfunctions, or third-party payment provider failures. In the event of a technical failure that affects game outcomes or bet settlement, 12hba's sole obligation is to refund affected stakes.

You acknowledge that online betting and gambling carry inherent risks, and you use the Platform at your own risk. 12hba does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 12hba and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12hba is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We use industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, you must first contact our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter may be referred to an independent mediator or arbitrator, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 12hba operates. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 12hba regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. 12hba's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from 12hba. 12hba may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.
